Orhiginal's DroidX Review!

Holla! Just today I got my little hands on the new DroidX and here's my non-developer, not tech nerd, first-time-smart-phone owner opinion:

1 Awesome

2 To quote the lady in front of me at the Verizon store, "it's a big ass phone". The screen is enormous, but the phone is surprisingly thin. It's definitely a back- pocket rider.

3 Men men men. From the visual appeal (wallpaper, black and red color palette) to the sheer size, I gotta admit that it was designed wih men in mind. Because of the top-heavy (hd)camera, trying to hold the phone upright and type with my miniature hands is already causing a cramp. Little hands, steele yourself.

4 Coming from the mac background, I can finally, truly understand the debate between iPhone vs. Other. The iP is easier for me to use and understand. The otions on my new phone are numerous and equally confusing.

5 I can't get four square to work yet. Either that's my bad, or they haven't caught up with droid yet. Either way, bummer.

6 I'm writing this post via app for the first time ever, and that's pretty groovy.
